I am a fine artist with five years of teaching experience in various environments including after-school programs, LBUSD elementary schools, and the Laguna Art Museum. I am passionate about creating inclusive, accessible spaces for students and adults to explore their creativity. My fire-themed series, “Act Like the House is on Fire,” explores the desperation, frustration, and fear that I and many others my age feel in the face of the climate crisis. In my work, I grapple with intersectional issues that matter to me: politics, environmentalism, and mental health.
